Shipping
We aim to process all orders within 4-5 working days. We are a small business and hand make products in small batches, so we can’t quite compete with retail giants, and we really appreciate your support and patience whilst we process your order. If you need your items sooner please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you, otherwise, we will notify you when your order ships.
Please note that we currently only ship to UK.
We offer two delivery options:
UK STANDARD DELIVERY - TRACKED 48
FREE UK standard delivery on all orders over £45 or £3.99 on orders under £45.
Delivery usually within 2-3 business days, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
UK EXPRESS DELIVERY - TRACKED 24
£4.99 on all orders.
Orders placed before midday Monday to Friday will arrive within 1-2 days. We will always aim to deliver on the next working day before 5.30pm, however this is not guaranteed. Weekend deliveries will depend on the Royal Mail service in your local area. Orders placed over a weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Once the order has been shipped we are no longer responsible for any loss or delay. Should an issue occur, please contact them using your tracking number they will provide. Further information can be found on the Royal Mail website.

Order Issues, Returns and Refunds
If you have an issue with your order please get in touch using our contact form or emailing us at info@schikin.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving goods quoting your order number. Please note that all of our products are handmade with 100% natural and unrefined ingredients, so they can vary slightly from batch to batch.
If your product is faulty or got damaged in transit, please email us with the order number and photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
We hope that you love our products, however, if for any reason you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a refund on all products returned to us within 10 days of receiving order, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged. Due to hygiene reasons, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on any product which has been opened and used. Postage is non-refundable.
Please return the unwanted products to Schi+Kin, 7B Brondesbury Villas, London NW6 6AH clearly quoting the order number on the package. Delivery charges are made at the expense of the customer. As the postal system is outside of our control, products are returned at your own risk. Once we received your returned items, we will examine them and notify you of your refund via e-mail.
Refunds for faulty, damaged or returned products will usually be processed within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. Please note that a refund can only be sent to the original payment method.
Thank you
